The Israeli military says it is carrying out attacks in both Lebanon and Iran, according to two posts on its Telegram channel.

In one message, the military says it has begun striking what it describes as infrastructure in Beirut.

In a separate post, it says it has launched a “wide-scale wave of strikes” targeting infrastructure in Tehran.

Those claims are made by the Israeli military. There is no immediate independent verification.
