The Saudi-led coalition says it has destroyed two ballistic missile launchers in Yemen's northern Saada province, according to Reuters, as reported by Iran International.
The coalition said on Sunday 8 November that the launchers had been used to attack Riyadh. It has not been independently confirmed that the launchers were destroyed or that they were the ones used in the attacks.
Earlier on Sunday the Houthis said they had targeted King Khalid International Airport, Aramco oil storage tanks and a financial centre in Riyadh. This is a Houthi claim and has not been independently verified. It goes further than the missile interceptions and the damage to an Aramco building reported earlier.
The coalition's statement follows airstrikes near Sanaa on 7 November. The Houthi-run health ministry said those strikes killed 33 people.
