Rafael Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, told Al Jazeera this week that inspectors have not found evidence of Iran having a systematic plan to build a nuclear weapon. Grossi said, “We have not seen elements to allow us inspectors to affirm that there was a nuclear weapon being manufactured or produced somewhere in Iran.”
