The Israeli military has urged civilians to evacuate District 18, an industrial zone in Tehran located near Mehrabad Airport.

A spokesperson announced that military operations would soon take place in the area, continuing recent strikes on what Israel claims are regime-linked military facilities.

“In the coming hours, the military will operate in the area, as it has in recent days across Tehran, to target regime military infrastructure,” the statement said.

The move mirrors previous evacuation tactics used by Israel in both Gaza and southern Lebanon.
